With Talents & Co’s support, Sou Fujimoto Architects and its belgian partner AWWA won the international competition « Delta Tower » for the design of a new tower in Auderghem, Brussels.

Tolila+Gilliland took part in the opening celebration of Paradise Plaza, in the heart of the Miami Design District, on December 4th. They are working on a luxury retail complex which will open at the beginning of 2018.
Numerous agencies represented by Talents & Co win the competition launched by the City of Paris on different sites in the parisian suburbs : laisné roussel, Maison Edouard François, Hardel & LeBihan, Triptyque, and Tolila+Gilliland.
Hardel + LeBihan and its partners Chartier Dalix and Franklin Aziz Architecture, wins the competition « Demain Montparnasse » as a single entity called Nouvelle AOM, association which the three agencies created together for this project.

Laisné roussel and its partner SO-IL wins the competition Réinventer la Seine, launched by the city of Paris, for the site quai de la Rapée / place Mazas, with their project called L’Atelier de l’Arsenal.

Architecture-Studio, Coldefy & Associates, Beckmann N’Thepé Architects, Hardel + Le Bihan, and Arcade Architecture, will build the new city just outside of Ouagadougou. The design is distinguished by its subtle and thoughtful response to the geographic, ecologic, and cultural context, creating a model for future African cities.
As part of a competition launched by the city of Bagnolet, the promoter Novaxia and Talents & Co, Coldefy & Associates will conceive an office building complex in Paris (Porte de Bagnolet).
Shigeru Ban and Jean de Gastines conceived this project for the international city of music. Talents & Co took part in the constitution of the teams of architects and in the programmation. La Seine Musicale opened on April 21st, 2017, with a concert by Bob Dylan.
